What's your turn-around time?
Our turn-around time is 10 business days. For rush orders, please contact us directly! Rush orders are subject to rush charges.
 
How should I submit my artwork?
We always suggest that all art work be submitted in a vector format. This is because we want the best quality possible for printing your design. We are able to vectorize your graphic for an additional fee.
 
What are your max print width & height?
12.5" x 15.0"
 
Do you offer samples?
We currently do not offer samples, but we are always open to help you out with your project. Let us know what you have in mind and we will do our best to bring your vision to life.
 
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order for screen printing work is 12 pieces per design and 1 piece for embroidery. If you are struggling to reach our minimum quantity, we recommend making options for your customers by creating different color ways of your product.
 
When do I pay?
We request that payment be paid 100% upfront before we begin any production work.
 
How is my order shipped?
All orders will be shipped directly to you via UPS. Daily's Workshop is not responsible for the shipment process. If you are local to San Diego and prefer a pick-up option, please contact us directly!
 
Do you offer refunds?
Before we begin production on any project, we send our clients a tech pack to proof and approve. For this reason, we do not offer refunds. If there is a reasonable issue with your order, we may offer a credit memo on your next purchase.
